For the past couple of weeks we’ve been learning tracking in Motion Graphics class. We had to create a piece that used any of the tracking options. I used a couple of different ones. I have to say how incredible frustrating was when my footage could not work with camera tracking; lesson to be learned: you really need to plan your shoots before hand! I took the opportunity to do this project on my favorite place in NYC, The High Line. I wanted to create something sophisticated and hence explored hue alterations to my footage, combined with sleek typography. My final work did not end exactly as some of my style frames (yep, again, be sure to plan beforehand your shooting since my style frames were based on photographs I took).
Hope you enjoy the results of my learning experience!
